ENG 090-006 and -004 Day 1

Today we did introductions, reviewed the syllabus, and completed a survey and writing sample. A Word file with the syllabus is in the online course.

The bookstore might not have enough copies of Evergreen for everyone, so please be patient and check back next week. If you bought the other book, you'll need to return or exchange it.

On Monday, we'll talk about the writing process and prewriting techniques.

ENG 090-003 and -004 Textbooks

We will be using Evergreen and Writing @ Red Rocks. If you bought Passages, you will need to return it and buy the correct book (Evergreen). The bookstore is ordering more copies of the book we'll be using, but it may be a few days before everyone is able to get a copy. I would suggest returning the other book as soon as possible in case there is a date after which the bookstore won't accept returned textbooks.
